Welcome to the Nordic Affiliate Conference 2019!
The Nordic Affiliate Conference will take place on the 27th - 28th March 2019 in Sweden and will bring together key affiliates, media agencies, advertising networks and operators working within the region.
NAC is different to the larger exhibitions iGB Affiliate host in London, Amsterdam and Lisbon. The event will be hosted as a lounge-style event which will enable delegates to network in a more intimate and fluid way.
We are currently working on getting our new NAC site and registration live, Check back after Christmas for all of our updated content.

All four of Stockholm’s airports are connected to downtown by airport coaches as well as municipal alternatives. From Stockholm Arlanda-Airport you can also choose the high-speed train service Arlanda Express.
Taxi services are available at Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Bromma Airport.
- Stockholm Arlanda Airport: app 40 minutes, depending on the time of day.
- Bromma Airport: app 15 minutes, depending on the time of day
Please note: Taxi fares in Sweden aren't regulated, which means that prices can vary significantly between companies. With this in mind, we recommend that you use the services of well-known firms like Taxi Stockholm, Taxi 020 and Taxi Kurir.
There is an airport bus straight to Stockholm central station. From there you can either jump in a taxi or there is a 15 minute walk to the hotel.
From Arlanda airport you can also take the Arlanda Express train to the central station.

The dinner ticket covers the cost of the evening and includes drinks on arrival, 3 course meal with wine, tea or coffee and after dinner drinks.
Thursday 28th March 2019
Afternoon drinks reception, 16:30 - 17:30, The Grand Hôtel, Stockholm
Join us for a few drinks after the conference sessions are finished and catch up with delegates that you may have missed. The networking drinks will be held in the same space as the exhibition and is the best way to wrap up your conference.
Networking drinks, 18:00 - 20:00

Here you will find a list of the most frequently asked questions about the event.
Also called publishers or webmasters, an affiliate is a person that refers traffic (in this case players) to an operator website, for example pokerlistings.com would refer a player to 888.com. The affiliate is then paid a revenue share or CPA (cost per acquisition) for each of the players they send.
Registering as an affiliate
If you are not sure if you qualify as an affiliate, please email us directly at Aaron.Noy@clariongaming.com with details of your business. We will then be able to let you know if you are liable for free entry. If you register as an affiliate or IB under false pretense, we reserve the right to refuse you entry on the day.
If we are made aware of anyone that has entered the event as an affiliate or IB and is in fact not, they will be asked to leave the venue. They will then be given the opportunity to register again and pay for their delegate place, allowing them to return to the show. If they choose not to do this, they will be refused entry to the remainder of the event and associated parties.
We ask for your help in letting us know immediately if you believe someone has registered as an affiliate who should not have. Please approach any member of the events team who will deal with this in the strictest confidence.
Please remember that we can only continue to run these events so that operators and vendors can meet the best quality affiliates if those that should pay for entrance do.
If you are currently employed by an operator, brokerage, supplier or vendor in the industry we cannot issue you an affiliate or introducing broker badge. Please register under the name of the company that currently employs you. If you wish to represent your affiliate side project please contact us once registered under your main employer.
Please remember that we continue to run these events so operators and vendors can meet the best quality affiliates and introducing brokers.
Once your registration has been finalised, you will receive an email to confirm your registration. If you have registered as an Affiliate, please allow 5 working days to receive confirmation of your approval. It is imperative that you bring this along to registration in order to collect your name badge.
Badges can be collected on 28th March at registration. If you are attending the dinner on 27th March, you can collect your badge that evening.
Affiliates: Email confirmation will be sent to your inbox once you've registered however please allow 5 working days for us to validate your affiliate status. We will contact you if your registration has been unsuccessful, as your affiliate status will need to be validated in order to gain entry to the conference. This is standard procedure to ensure that we can continue to provide high quality events completely FREE of charge for all affiliates and introducing brokers.
All other tickets: All payment correspondence will be sent to the individual booking contact of each registration or the main contact of a group registration. Confirmation including the barcoded e-ticket will be sent to each individual registered delegate once full payment has been received.
If you did not receive or have lost your e-ticket, please contact email@example.com to be issued a replacement.
Simple - click here and tell us exactly where you went wrong with your registration. We will email you back within 24 hours and confirm this has been changed for you.
If you need details changed a few days prior to the event and we are not in the office, don't worry! You can change your details on the day you register, but be aware that this may lead to some delays.
We welcome all applications from the media. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, the name and address of the media publication, as well as the name of your editor and their contact details.
Once we have confirmed your details, we will contact you regarding whether or not your application has been successful.
The dinner ticket is available for those who want to attend the welcome networking dinner and can be purchased as part of the registration process. More information on the dinner will be available shortly.
The following is included in the dinner ticket:
- Arrival drinks and canapes
- 3 course meal with wine
- Tea or coffee
- After dinner drinks
After dinner drinks will provide the perfect opportunity to cement new partnerships and enjoy the company of your fellow delegates. Please note that 100% of the cost of the dinner goes towards the meal and drinks.
