Affiliates
Also called publishers or webmasters, an affiliate is a person that refers traffic (in this case players) to an operator website, for example pokerlistings.com would refer a player to 888.com. The affiliate is then paid a revenue share or CPA (cost per acquisition) for each of the players they send.
Introducing brokers
An introducing broker (IB) is a person or institution who has all the functions of a broker, except to accept money or any type of investment. The introducing broker (IB) usually refers its clients to a dealer and, in return, receives a compensation, such as commissions.
Registering as an affiliate or introducing broker
If you are not sure if you qualify as an affiliate or IB, please email us directly at Aaron.Noy@clariongaming.com with details of your business. We will then be able to let you know if you are liable for free entry. If you register as an affiliate or IB under false pretense, we reserve the right to refuse you entry on the day.
If we are made aware of anyone that has entered the event as an affiliate or IB and is in fact not, they will be asked to leave the venue. They will then be given the opportunity to register again and pay for their delegate place, allowing them to return to the show. If they choose not to do this, they will be refused entry to the remainder of the event and associated parties.
We ask for your help in letting us know immediately if you believe someone has registered as an affiliate or IB who should not have. Please approach any member of the events team who will deal with this in the strictest confidence.
Please remember that we can only continue to run these events so that operators and vendors can meet the best quality affiliates and IBs if those that should pay for entrance do.
Once your registration has been finalised, you will receive an email with your bar-coded ticket for the event. It is imperative that you bring this along to registration in order to collect your name badge. With the number of delegates increasing at every event, it is the fastest way to gain entry.
Tickets can either be collected on the first day at pre-registration between 13:00 - 19:00 at the official LAC hotel or you can pick them up from the exhibition venue from 09:30 on the first day of the conference or from 10:00 if arriving on the second day of the conference.
Affiliates and introducing brokers: Email confirmation will be sent to your inbox once you've registered however please allow 5 working days for us to validate your affiliate/introducing broker status. Your barcoded e-ticket will then be sent to once we have validated your status. We will contact you if your registration has been unsuccessful, as your affiliate or introducing broker status will need to be validated in order to gain entry to the conference. This is standard procedure to ensure that we can continue to provide high quality events completely FREE of charge for all affiliates and introducing brokers.
All other tickets: All payment correspondence will be sent to the individual booking contact of each registration or the main contact of a group registration. Confirmation including the barcoded e-ticket will be sent to each individual registered delegate once full payment has been received.
If you did not receive or have lost your e-ticket, please contact Operations@clariongaming.com to be issued a replacement.
For the fastest way to gain entry to the event or to avoid elongated administration processes, it is advised that you bring your e-ticket with you when registering. The e-ticket holds all your details that the LAC staff need to hand you your pass, so you can enter the exhibition, conference and networking parties.
If you have any queries about your registration, please contact Operations@clariongaming.com
LAC is an over 18's event. We are operating on a 'Challenge 25' basis, therefore if you are fortunate enough to look under 25, please ensure you bring ID in the form of your passport or drivers licence as we will be checking on the door. Please note that this applies even if you have attended previous affiliate or FPE events.
Simple - click here and tell us exactly where you went wrong with your registration. We will email you back within 24 hours and confirm this has been changed for you.
If you need details changed a few days prior to the event and we are not in the office, don't worry! You can change your details on the day you register, but be aware that this may lead to some delays.
