The affiliate has introduced a new feature for operator partners to analyse and improve their safety ratings.

According to Martin Dolný, training & development specialist at Casino Guru, the safety index reports are designed to make partnerships “more focused and efficient”, as the company aims to “establish an ongoing feedback loop that helps operators track their progress over time”.

Casino representatives can request the feature after registering with the affiliate team, who will then assign the portfolio of sites they manage and activate report generation. Partners can set the delivery schedule as monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually or whenever a casino’s safety index changes by a specified amount.

“Automatic delivery gives casinos a clearer and more consistent view of how their brands are performing,” Dolný explained. “Instead of requesting updates individually, our partners can now regularly receive detailed information about what drags their safety index down and take immediate steps to improve it.”

Factors analysed in the reports include unresolved player complaints, problematic terms and conditions, restrictions and other practices that may affect player safety. Any identified issues are accompanied by explanations and recommendations for improvement. The affiliate also plans to continue developing the reports based on partners’ feedback, with potential enhancements to include instant report delivery.

Recently, Casino Guru teamed up with Gamble Alert to enhance safer gambling education for Nigerian industry stakeholders.
