Welcome to the Nordic Affiliate Conference 2017!

iGB Affiliate, the most respected information provider for the igaming affiliate market, has announced the launch of a new regional event focused on the Nordic igaming market. The Nordic Affiliate Conference will take place on the 6th - 7th April, 2017 in Stockholm and is expected to bring together the key affiliates, media agencies, advertising networks and operators working within the region.

NAC is expected to be very different to the larger exhibitions iGB Affiliate host in London, Amsterdam and Berlin. The event will be hosted as a lounge-style event which will enable delegates to network in a more intimate and fluid way.

You can expect:

  • Regional workshops: Attend conference workshops that will focus purely on the Nordic igaming affiliate market.
  • Business networking: The event will provide a unique experience with unrivalled networking opportunities. There will also be a networking dinner the night before the event, which will ensure that delegates get to meet each other in an informal way before the event begins
  • Expert speakers: Expert speakers will provide information on hot topics, trends and technologies relevant to the Nordic market.

ben-c.png"With the changing landscape of the Scandinavian market it is so beneficial to have an opportunity to meet with other operators and marketers to discuss the upcoming regulatory changes and market shift in general. Igaming is becoming more open and events where we can share information are crucial for all of our future success." Ben Clemes, Managing Director of iGamingCloud, Gaming Innovation Group

jesper-s.png“LAC, BAC and the other conferences hosted by iGaming Business are great places for getting up to date with the igaming industry and network with likeminded people. I look forward to meeting up with the igaming community in Scandinavia.” Jesper Søgaard, CEO, Better Collective

profile-pic-thought-leader_0.png"Aspire Global is proud to sponsor the thought leadership of the Nordic Affiliate conference. This Nordic focused event is a real opportunity for igaming professionals to meet and discuss new growth opportunities in the Scandinavian markets. iGB Affiliate have successfully established themselves as hosts of great events with excellent networking opportunities, we are looking forward to meet our existing and new potential customers." Winterviken, Vinterviksvägen 60, 117 65 Stockholm, Sweden

In true Nordic style, NAC will have a much more hygge feel -  more intimate and with a focus on networking.  We feel it’s the perfect event to introduce a welcome dinner and invite all delegates to join us.

Our first ever affiliate dinner will be held at Winterviken.  This beautiful venue has an explosive history and one of Sweden’s best chefs will cook for you.  Coach transportation will take you from the official hotel to the venue saving you the hassle of organising a taxi there.

Join for welcome drinks in the stunning Grand hall of this old explosives factory where Alfred Nobel, founder of the Nobel Peace Prize, invented dynamite.  After this we will enjoy a sumptuous three course meal, created by Markus Aujalay , who has represented Sweden in the culinary world championships and presented MasterChef Sweden.

After dinner drinks will provide the perfect opportunity to cement new partnerships and enjoy the company of your fellow delegates.

    Included:

    • Transportation from hotel (limited places)
    • Drinks on arrival
    • 3 course meal with wine
    • Tea or coffee
    • After dinner drinks

Tickets cost £130 +VAT  and you can purchase your ticket here. Please note that 100% of the cost of the dinner goes towards the meal and drinks.

Here you will find a list of the most frequently asked questions about the event.

Affiliates

Also called publishers or webmasters, an affiliate is a person that refers traffic (in this case players) to an operator website, for example pokerlistings.com would refer a player to 888.com. The affiliate is then paid a revenue share or CPA (cost per acquisition) for each of the players they send.

Registering as an affiliate

If you are not sure if you qualify as an affiliate, please email us directly at Emily@iGamingBusiness.com with details of your business. We will then be able to let you know if you are liable for free entry. If you register as an affiliate or IB under false pretense, we reserve the right to refuse you entry on the day.

If we are made aware of anyone that has entered the event as an affiliate or IB and is in fact not, they will be asked to leave the venue. They will then be given the opportunity to register again and pay for their delegate place, allowing them to return to the show. If they choose not to do this, they will be refused entry to the remainder of the event and associated parties.

We ask for your help in letting us know immediately if you believe someone has registered as an affiliate who should not have. Please approach any member of the events team who will deal with this in the strictest confidence.

Please remember that we can only continue to run these events so that operators and vendors can meet the best quality affiliates if those that should pay for entrance do.

Once your registration has been finalised, you will receive an email to confirm your registration. If you have registered as an Affiliate, please allow 5 working days to receive confirmation of your approval. It is imperative that you bring this along to registration in order to collect your name badge.

Badges can be collected on 7th April at the exhibition registration. If you are attending the dinner on 6th April, you can collect your badge that evening.

Affiliates: Email confirmation will be sent to your inbox once you've registered however please allow 5 working days for us to validate your affiliate status. We will contact you if your registration has been unsuccessful, as your affiliate  status will need to be validated in order to gain entry to the conference. This is standard procedure to ensure that we can continue to provide high quality events completely FREE of charge for all affiliates and introducing brokers.

All other tickets: All payment correspondence will be sent to the individual booking contact of each registration or the main contact of a group registration. Confirmation including the barcoded e-ticket will be sent to each individual registered delegate once full payment has been received.

If you did not receive or have lost your e-ticket, please contact info@iGamingBusiness.com to be issued a replacement.

For the fastest way to gain entry to the event or to avoid elongated administration processes, it is advised that you bring your confirmation with you when registering.

If you have any queries about your registration, please contact info@igamingbusiness.com

Simple - click here and tell us exactly where you went wrong with your registration. We will email you back within 24 hours and confirm this has been changed for you.

If you need details changed a few days prior to the event and we are not in the office, don't worry! You can change your details on the day you register, but be aware that this may lead to some delays.

We welcome all applications from the media. Please email Haydn@iGamingBusiness.com with your name, the name and address of the media publication, as well as the name of your editor and their contact details.

Once we have confirmed your details, we will contact you regarding whether or not your application has been successful.

We have two hotels available, the Grand Hotel, our official hotel and the Sheraton.

Grand Hotel - Please book your hotel room at our official hotel via this link here

Sheraton - Please book your hotel room via this link here. Should you have any queries, please contact Alana@iGamingBusiness.com
