Brand Strength, Positioning and Location: Why is it so important in the online gaming environment? A brand is the total experience gained and the relationship between a person and a product or service. It is the promise and expectations that reside in each user about a person, product, service or company and should create an emotional connection.
To build this experience you have to search for values, images and the tone of voice that will build the personality, identity and attributes of a brand. This will ultimately be the building blocks that build the relationship with the user and the basis of all marketing strategy and communications. These pillars can be determined by the positioning of the brand in the market, how it differentiates itself from the competition and its perceived strength. Ultimately the success of a good brand is nothing more than the public's perception. Besides these pillars, every global brand should be able to associate themselves with characteristics that are individual at a local market. They need to understand the needs and modes of each user in each territory.
• Why are values important to a brand in our industry?
• How important is the strength of a brand in the online gaming environment?
• What differentiates a brand from the others?
• How to translate and adatp international values to a local level?
This session will answers these questions, looking at the process of building a brand within the Spanish market.
