Richard Dennys joins Mr Gamble as new CEO

In March 2026, Richard Dennys announced his departure from the tier 1 affiliates following a two-year tenure, with co-founder Jonas Cederholm stepping back as interim CEO. Sharing his latest appointment on LinkedIn, Dennys said he was “thrilled” to join the company and the Mr Gamble brand is “the perfect fit” for his experience and energy. 

Commenting on Dennys’ new role, the affiliate’s co-founders, Jonas Kyllönen and Paavo Salonen, said the decision is “a pivotal moment” for the team. 

“We have always built Mr Gamble on energy, authenticity and a drive to do things differently,” Kyllönen and Salonen said. “In Richard (Dennys), we’ve found a leader who not only shares those values but brings the seasoned expertise necessary to take our vision to the global stage. His track record in digital innovation is second to none, and we are excited to see where his leadership takes the team." 

Dennys added: “I certainly wasn’t in a hurry to jump into a new project after my last role came to an end. However, finding a business so perfectly compatible with my skills and experience was rare."
