Since 2005, Tom has delivered growth and best practice in the iGaming affiliate industry. He is Course Director of the Affiliate Management Academy and is the leading proponent of the International Gaming Affiliate Association (iGAA), working with its members, iGaming affiliates, to improve compliance and to raise standards in the industry to responsibly market to and better protect end consumers. In recognition for these efforts, Tom was inducted in to Global Gaming Business’ 40 Under 40 class in 2015.
