Senior Affiliate Manager (IGaming) / VBET ▶️ Key Responsibilities: Affiliate & Partnership Management: • Identify, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners across key product verticals • Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates to drive sustainable growth • Own affiliate performance, focusing on traffic quality, revenue generation, and ROI improvement • Reactivate and engage existing affiliates within the network • Continuously optimize partnerships to achieve and exceed KPIs

Performance & Optimization:
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics and traffic sources
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to scale acquisition
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends
• Drive continuous improvements and incremental revenue growth
 
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
• Maintain daily communication with regional stakeholders
• Align affiliate activities with internal business goals and marketing strategies
• Represent the company at industry events with clear objectives and measurable outcomes
 
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Solid understanding of Affiliate Marketing and performance-driven acquisition models
• Experience in iGaming or similar industries is a strong advantage
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset

• Existing and active affiliate network
• English language proficiency is a strong plus
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor or manage teams
