Affiliate Marketing Specialist Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Affiliate Marketing Specialist ? Pascal Gaming is on a search for a new player to join our team. Responsibilities Affiliate & Creator Partnerships: Recruit, onboard, and manage long-term relationships with affiliates, influencers, content creators, and media partners. Negotiate competitive commission structures and supply partners with optimal marketing assets Community & Channel Engagement: Collaborate with creators and manage targeted campaign messaging across dedicated community platforms (including Telegram and Discord) Budgeting & Operations: Track payouts, manage the affiliate marketing budget, and maintain streamlined onboarding, operational support, and query resolution processes Performance Analytics & Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on core KPIs using advanced analytics platforms to optimize partner performance and maximize player acquisition Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design and content teams to produce high-converting promotional materials, custom creatives, and support major product launches
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of specialized experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or performance acquisition within the iGaming or digital betting landscape
Highly commercial approach with a strong drive for performance-based growth and managing long-term partner relationships
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and self-motivation to execute tasks independently with minimal supervision
Results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving corporate environment
High level of English proficiency, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
