iGaming Account Specialist Are you a sports fan, do you know what is currently happening and what events the whole world is experiencing :)? We're looking for someone who can „connect the dots” – understand how sporting events impact revenue, and can also forecast and draw conclusions. Your job will be to ensure the best possible „deals” for our players by conducting periodic reviews, monitoring results and managing relationships with partners. Apply now
RESPONSIBILITIES
Terms of reference
Partner contact and periodic data-driven business reviews.
Ensuring a smooth flow of information between bookmakers and internal departments, ensuring nothing gets lost along the way.
Monitoring search results to ensure compliance with findings and reporting deviations.
Verification and reconciliation of balances and monitoring of receivables.
Data analysis, including cohorts, LTV, payback period, and traffic quality — drawing conclusions, not just creating charts.
Settlement profitability modeling (RevShare, CPA, hybrids) — determining the best model for partners.
Verification of regulatory compliance and maintenance of a register of risks.
Account management in a fixed lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding.
Portfolio Performance Responsibility — Revenue (NGR) and Margin are your numbers.
Building and updating forecast and translating any discrepancies.
Competencies sought
Understanding sports and the ability to navigate the sports world.
Knowledge of spreadsheets (preferably Google Sheets).
Ability in financial modelling and forecasting.
Knowledge of the basics of regulatory compliance in iGaming in Poland.
Accuracy, proactivity and openness to new ideas.
Stress resistance and ability to work under time pressure.
Knowledge of English at a minimum level of B1.
Welcome (but not necessary):
Knowledge of iGaming metrics (NGR, GGR, FTD, LTV, churn) — if you know them, great! If not, but you move freely in other metrics, this is not a problem.
Knowledge of Attio, JIRA and Confluence.
Experience on the operator or affiliate side.
