Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms. Perfect for those who aim to: Own CRM strategy and execution for LATAM, with Argentina as the core market; Build and manage lifecycle campaigns across all communication channels; Design and test bonus mechanics; Segment the player base by deposit behavior, NGR, and activity, and personalize offers accordingly; Track retention, reactivation and other metrics with BI, and adjust strategy based on data; Manage and mentor CRM team members, if applicable, setting priorities and reviewing campaign work.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
3+ years of CRM experience in iGaming, ideally across both casino and sportsbook verticals;

Experience using WhatsApp as a primary CRM channel, not just email;

Practical experience with CRM automation platforms;

Data literacy: being able to understand reports and act on them;

Understanding of bonuses and mechanics;

Experience managing multiple brands;

Experience leading teams;

Upper-intermediate level of English, Spanish is a strong advantage.
