Business Operations Lead We’re looking for a Business Operations Lead who will help us build a scalable operational system for a fast-growing digital business. This role is about creating clarity, operational efficiency, and alignment across teams through data-driven decision making, structured execution, and continuous process improvement. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve how the business operates, scales, prioritizes initiatives, and measures success. Remote Full-time | Operations Apply job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Build and improve operational frameworks for launching and scaling initiatives (idea → MVP → evaluation → scale). Drive cross-functional operational processes and ensure alignment between teams. Design and maintain operational cadences: weekly syncs, monthly reviews, retrospectives, and execution follow-ups. Develop and evolve operational standards, SOPs, workflows, and reporting structures. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability. Work with BI dashboards, metrics, and operational analytics to support decision-making. Partner with Finance on budgeting, ROI forecasting, and cost visibility. Support portfolio prioritization by evaluating initiatives based on business impact, ROI, and resource allocation. Facilitate Stop/Go reviews and operational escalation processes when priorities or assumptions change. Build and maintain a metrics hierarchy: North Star → quarterly objectives → monthly drivers → weekly indicators. Improve visibility and accountability across teams through operational reporting and ownership structures. Act as an operational advisor for leadership on process optimization and organizational effectiveness.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
3+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, PM, or similar operational/process-focused roles in digital businesses.
Experience building and scaling cross-functional processes end-to-end.
Strong operational thinking with the ability to simplify and optimize systems.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Hands-on experience with BI dashboards and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar).
Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel).
Financial understanding: ROI, unit economics, payback models, project-level P&L.
Experience designing SOPs, workflows, checklists, and operational routines.
Experience working with prioritization frameworks and operational decision-making processes.
Experience working in fast-paced digital or online businesses.
Experience working with distributed in-house teams (40+ people preferred).
Practical usage of AI tools / LLMs in day-to-day operations and analytics workflows.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Nice to have:
Experience in affiliate, marketing, product-led, or performance-driven businesses.
Experience building operational metrics trees and operating rhythms (WBR / MBR / QBR).
Experience working in scaling startup environments.
Experience with portfolio management and operational governance frameworks.
