Remote Full-time | Customer Support Apply job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a high level of service. Process customer complaints, provide effective solutions via email and chat, and follow up on requests until they are fully resolved. Handle payment-related issues: review refund requests, resolve payment problems, and verify users. Manage user subscriptions, providing up-to-date information about their status and changes. Execute and monitor tasks in the internal system to maintain organized and efficient workflows.
