Affiliate programme stats platform Statsdrone has hired Lynda Salem as its first head of BI and analytics.

Salem joins from PPC agency Seven Media, where her responsibilities as a data analyst included Tableau dashboard development and managing the Voonix platform.

Salem (pictured below) said that she saw joining the iGB Affiliate Award-winning startup as the next step in her career, driven by her belief in the transformative potential of data-driven insights.

“I see this opportunity as a pivotal step in my professional development, offering a platform to expand my expertise and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of both StatsDrone and the broader field of business intelligence.”

Co-founder John Wright said he was “thrilled” to have Salem joining the team, crediting her “passion” and “deep understanding of the gaming industry” when it came to data analysis.

“She will be working alongside the co-founders helping us build advanced data visualisations in our app”.

He revealed that one of the first projects Salem would be working on was the development of bespoke dashboards for Statsdrone’s customers, with some requiring blended data.

“These external reports will be built with Tableau and the first use case will be helping PPC affiliates import multiple data sources and combining it with StatsDrone data."
