How do I get my e-ticket?

Affiliates: Email confirmation will be sent to your inbox once you have registered and your barcoded e-ticket will be sent to you one week prior to the event. We will contact you if your registration has been unsuccessful as your affiliate status will be validated. This is standard procedure to ensure that we can continue to provide high quality events completely FREE of charge for all Affiliates.

Non-Affiliates: Email confirmation will be sent once full payment has been received. Each individual attendee will receive a booking confirmation, these will not all go to the main booking contact. Your barcoded e-tickets will be sent to each individual delegate one week prior to the event providing that payment has been received.
