User Acquisition Team Lead | Traffic7 We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Team Lead for one of our businesses, Traffic7, who will lead and scale the paid user acquisition team while driving performance and optimizing unit economics across channels. Traffic7 is a project that creates and develops digital products and scales them through strong expertise in performance marketing. Remote Full-Time | User Acquisition Apply job description You will work with the team to: Manage the User Acquisition team (Facebook & Google buyers, creative marketer, designers). Hire, develop, and mentor team members, conduct 1:1s and performance reviews. Actively source new specialists via LinkedIn, referrals, and professional communities. Plan and execute paid budgets across geos and channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Native). Optimize ROAS and payback period, ensuring target unit economics. Scale profitable campaigns and shut down underperforming ones. Launch and manage test campaigns independently, working hands-on in ad accounts. Run systematic A/B testing of creatives and funnels. Brief and prioritize tasks for the creative team. Collaborate with the product team on onboarding and paywall optimization. Run regular team meetings (daily/weekly) and participate in cross-team syncs. Forecast performance and report results to leadership.

You’re a great fit if you:
Have 3+ years of experience in Paid User Acquisition.
Have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or manager.
Have managed monthly budgets of $200K+.
Possess strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (TikTok Ads is a plus).
Understand SKAdNetwork, AEM, and probabilistic attribution (iOS 14.5+).
Have a solid grasp of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback, cohorts).
Have experience managing a team of 3+ media buyers.
Have a proven track record of growing and developing team members.
Understand web funnels and performance optimization.
