You will work with the team to:

Experience in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with a focus on product-based performance campaigns. Deep understanding of Meta’s algorithm, bidding strategies, and creative testing frameworks. Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, or internal BI systems). Ability to work with high budgets and hit target CPA/ROAS goals.

Launch, manage, and scale high-volume Meta Ads campaigns for a Tier 1.

Analyze campaign performance daily and optimize for key business metrics.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test high-converting visual assets.

Explore and test new product funnels and marketing hypotheses.

Provide regular reporting on performance.
