That’s why we’re looking for a Talent Marketing Specialist who will help strengthen our employer brand, increase company awareness among candidates, and attract top talent to our ecosystem. Remote Full-Time | Marketing Apply job description You're a great fit if you have: 2+ years of experience in Talent Marketing, Employer Branding, or event management; Hands-on experience launching and delivering hackathons, internal schools, and bootcamps; Proven experience organizing end-to-end events; A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative concepts; A results-driven approach, taking full ownership of initiatives and making data-informed decisions; The ability to work autonomously and lead projects from idea to execution; High standards for results and the motivation to take on ambitious challenges.
What you'll do:
Execute the Talent Marketing strategy;
Organize hackathons, meetups, intensives, internship programs, and other hiring initiatives;
Launch educational schools from scratch, from concept development to execution;
Build partnerships with universities, educational programs, and professional communities;
Create and execute creative hiring campaigns;
Analyze the effectiveness of Talent Marketing initiatives and identify new growth opportunities.
