What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in online performance marketing and/or ad-tech (iGaming or Fintech experience – a major advantage).
Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written) – Must have.
Data-Driven: Advanced analytical and negotiation skills; high proficiency in Excel for ROI tracking and optimization.
Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for industry conferences – Must have.
Execution: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage large, complex customer portfolios independently and cross-functionally.
Global Mindset: Adaptable to different time zones and comfortable working non-standard hours when needed.
Advantages: Higher education degree, experience with affiliate networks, working with C-level executives, or data visualization tools (Tableau).

Responsibilities

Portfolio Ownership: Manage the end-to-end commercial, financial, and marketing aspects of a high-value partner portfolio.
Optimization: Use data-driven insights to negotiate commercial terms, maximize ROI, and ensure reporting accuracy.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to align performance and ensure partner requirements are met.
