Business Development Manager - PlayRight Description PlayRight, part of Ryze Beyond, is a global leader in Gaming Performance Marketing. We are on a mission to streamline the decision-making process for millions of gamers and consumers worldwide, connecting them with industry-leading gaming companies and digital brands through our advanced data-driven advertising networks. We are looking for a hungry, high-energy, and execution-driven Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing team in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with global partners in the gaming and digital commerce industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
Negotiate commercial agreements, leveraging data and market insights.
Plan, implement, and monitor strategies to achieve revenue and performance KPIs.
Generate and manage a robust business pipeline, including prospecting and deal-closing.
Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, product, sales) to support strategic initiatives.
Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
Requirements
1+ years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management in online marketing, gaming, or digital commerce – MUST.
Strong operational management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Fluent English – MUST.
Experience working with senior executives and C-level stakeholders – advantage.
