Sales Manager - Native Russian Speaking (m/f/x) Description bwise Media is dedicated to connecting brands with sports audiences through the powerful combination of data, creativity, and technology. We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Manager (Native Russian Speaker) to join our team in Vienna. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our presence within Russian-speaking markets, focusing on client acquisition and long-term partnership development in the iGaming sector. Knowing the fundamentals of digital advertising - such as CPM, traffic sources, media buying, and campaign optimization - is a must have. Responsibilities
After an in-depth onboarding and training with our Global Business Development Director, you will:
Identify and acquire new clients within Russian-speaking markets.
Execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Present and sell digital advertising solutions tailored to client needs.
Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings (online & offline).
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Requirements
A strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals (CPM, CPC, CPA, traffic types, media buying, etc.) is mandatory.
Previous experience as sales/marketing manager, ideally within the iGaming industry.
A strong enthusiasm for learning, coupled with a dedication to ongoing improvement and keeping up with industry trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients and attend events.
Native-level proficiency in Russian and a very good command of English (spoken and written).
Vienna-based, ideally with an existing work permit.

For this role, we offer an annual gross base salary between EUR 35.000 and EUR 40.000, depending on your qualifications and experience. We’re happy to discuss the final package together in a personal conversation.
