Regulatory & Compliance Lead We are looking for a strong Regulatory & Compliance leader who can build, scale, and continuously improve the compliance function across a portfolio of international subscription-based digital businesses. Our ideal candidate has deep expertise in subscription regulation and extensive experience navigating complex regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions. They combine strong legal knowledge with pragmatic business judgment and know how to translate regulatory requirements into scalable processes, policies, and practical solutions that enable business growth. Remote Full-time | Legal Apply job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Lead the Regulatory & Compliance function and manage a team of 2–3 specialists, including the DPO function, overseeing hiring, development, performance, and workload allocation across business units. Provide regulatory guidance and compliance expertise across a portfolio of businesses operating in five different verticals. Build and manage a network of external legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring high-quality support and effective budget management. Monitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the business over the medium and long term (12–36 months). Establish and maintain regulatory standards, frameworks, and best practices across the organization, ensuring consistency, knowledge sharing, and cross-business learning. Partner closely with business leaders to identify regulatory risks early and develop practical solutions that support business growth while maintaining compliance. Drive the continuous improvement of compliance processes, governance frameworks, and regulatory operating models across the group.
