Ad Quality Specialist Requirements Experience working with web browsers and a basic understanding of online advertising principles Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of repetitive verification tasks Ability to create clear reports and document issues effectively Basic understanding of digital advertising formats (banner ads, pre-rolls, rich media, branded integrations) Experience with task management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus

Responsibilities
Verify the actual placement of advertising materials across partner platforms
Monitor the correct launch and delivery of advertising campaigns in accordance with agreed terms and conditions
Check the presence and proper display of advertising materials in video players, websites, mobile applications, and other advertising formats
Identify and document issues such as missing ads, incorrect creatives, broken or incorrect links, frequency capping problems, and other campaign delivery errors
Prepare supporting evidence, including screenshots, screen recordings, and logs
Communicate identified issues to Account Management and Media teams
Maintain monitoring reports and document campaign performance findings
Track and ensure the timely resolution of identified issues
Contribute to the improvement of internal advertising campaign quality assurance and monitoring processes
