Motion Designer Requirements Expert ownership of After Effects (plugins, scripts). Deep understanding of the principles of 2D animation. High level of work with AI tools for video generation and animation. Mid-level proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator and Media Encoder. Sound design: sound selection, processing and mixing. Video editing, retouching and element replacement skills in video. Ability to work on brand books, guidelines and existing design systems. Expert proficiency in After Effects, including plugins and scripts. Deep understanding of 2D animation principles. Advanced proficiency with AI tools for video generation and animation. Intermediate proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and Media Encoder. Sound design: audio selection, editing, and mixing. Video editing, retouching, and element replacement skills. Ability to work within brand books, guidelines, and existing design systems. Independence in making visual and technical decisions.
