YOUR CHALLENGE:
Operate as a revenue owner for assigned accounts.
Apply commercial frameworks consistently while building independent judgment.

Build knowledge across all verticals (regulated, sweeps, emerging markets).
Support continuity of coverage across the team when required.
Portfolio Ownership & Partner Management - own day-to-day relationships and commercial performance across an assigned portfolio of partners, ensuring continuity, responsiveness, and revenue performance across the portfolio.
Revenue Growth & Commercial Execution - identify and implement growth opportunities, execute agreed initiatives, and advance partner investment using established commercial strategies and playbooks.
Deal Structuring & Negotiation Support – independently lead commercial discussions and renewals, escalating non-standard terms when required.
Monetization & Optimization - work with Product, Content, SEO, and Marketing teams to implement initiatives that improve conversion, yield, and partner performance across the portfolio and ensure implementation reflects agreed commercial terms.
Performance Monitoring & Forecasting - track performance trends, maintain reliable forecasts, and communicate risks or opportunities and propose next actions in a timely and structured manner.
Cross-Functional Coordination - ensure commercial initiatives are clearly scoped, implemented correctly, and aligned with partner expectations and internal operational processes.
Risk Management & Payment Resolution - identify underperformance, payment risks, or contractual gaps early and escalate promptly to protect the company's interests and payment timelines.
Commercial Discipline & Documentation - maintain accurate CRM updates, commercial records, and reporting hygiene consistent with team operating standards.
Any other adhoc duties which may be assigned by management from time to time.
TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:
4+ years in online gambling, affiliate, performance marketing, or digital marketplace.
Experience supporting or managing commercial partnerships.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Clear communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
