The Role:
 
Raketech is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the Sales team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. As we continue to grow across markets and products, this role will be key in supporting the commercial team by ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities, maintaining strong internal and external communication, and helping present our products in a clear and structured way.
 
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on administrative coordination and relationship support. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer-facing teams to keep operations running efficiently. You should be comfortable stepping into client interactions when needed and supporting the team across different touchpoints.
 
 
 
As a Sales Coordinator (Temporary – Maternity Cover), you are expected to:
 
Support the Sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
 
Assist in preparing both standardised and customised sales presentations and materials
 
Manage client communication, follow-ups, and relationship support
 
Coordinate internally with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Operations teams to align on offerings and availability
 
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and proper tracking
 
Support reporting processes, including monthly and quarterly updates
 
Assist in onboarding new clients by coordinating internal processes and documentation
 
Identify cross-sell opportunities and support the team in executing them
 
Coordinate content and updates for Raketech.com by gathering input from stakeholders
 
Join client calls when needed to support communication and ensure continuity
 
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity
 
Requirements
Previous experience in a sales support, coordination, marketing, or similar role
 
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders
 
Proactive and hands-on mindset, with a willingness to step in and support where needed
 
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
 
Experience with CRM tools and reporting is a plus
 
Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of performance metrics
 
Experience in digital marketing, affiliate, or iGaming is a plus, but not required
