The role
We are looking for a motivated part-time Student Assistant to support our Finance Special Projects and Investor Relations function. The role offers broad exposure to financial reporting, shareholder communication, and cross-functional finance projects, providing a strong foundation for understanding how a business is managed and scaled from a financial perspective.
 
The position operates in a dynamic, listed company environment, where activity levels vary throughout the reporting cycle. Periods around quarterly and annual reporting will require a higher level of engagement, offering hands-on experience with financial disclosures, stock exchange obligations, and investor communication.
 
This role is well suited for a candidate with a strong interest in working within a dynamic, publicly listed environment, who is motivated by gaining insight into market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and how companies interact with shareholders and the broader capital markets.
 
What you'll be doing
Support preparation of financial reports, including quarterly and annual reports and presentations
 
Assist in developing shareholder and investor presentations both for Equity and Debt capital markets
 
Contribute to finance-related projects, including analysis, modelling, and process improvements
 
Help structure and maintain data, reporting templates, and presentations
 
Provide general support across Finance Special Projects and Investor Relations as needed
 
Working Conditions:
 
Primarily an office-based role in our office in Copenhagen. Occasional travel may be required.
 
The role includes varying workload intensity throughout the year, with increased engagement expected during key reporting periods, particularly around interim and annual reporting cycles in February, April, May, August, and November.
 
Who we're looking for
Currently pursuing a Business School degree (final year of Bachelor’s or early Master’s)
 
Fluent in English
 
Strong interest in finance, investor relations, and strategy
 
Curious and proactive, with a willingness to work across different areas of the business
 
Structured, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
 
Eagerness to deep dive and learn how to craft extensive financial reports and other material for inhouse and commercial presentations
 
Flexible approach to working hours, with increased commitment expected during reporting periods and lower intensity outside reporting cycles
 
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Google Slides, Solid analytical and presentation skills
 
Experience with Adobe tools (e.g. InDesign or Illustrator) is a plus
 
Previous experience from finance, investor relations, consulting, auditing, or similar analytical environments is considered an advantage
 
Exposure to financial reporting, company analysis, or capital markets is a plus
 
Experience preparing presentations or working with data-driven materials is a plus
 
Professional student experience is preferred, but strong academic candidates will also be considered
