The Role:
 
Reporting to the VP of Consumer Products, you will own the product strategy and delivery across Raketech’s iGaming media and sports editorial portfolio. You’ll act as the bridge between commercial and product. Your focus is to ensure that what is sold is clearly defined, built correctly, and delivered on time, while shaping new products in a fast-moving and largely unexplored space. Expansion of portfolio and establishment in new markets is an important aspect of this role.
 
The ideal candidate must be able to execute quickly, build teams, and lead partnerships in new markets. The role also includes editorial responsibility for published content.
 
As a Head of Sports and Media, you are expected to:
 
Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with commercial priorities
 
Act as the bridge between commercial and product/engineering teams
 
Translate commercial commitments into clear product and technical requirements
 
Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across all initiatives
 
Identify and unlock new product opportunities that support revenue growth
 
Maintain strong alignment across teams, ensuring clarity and accountability
 
Drive execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Requirements
Proven experience in product management or product strategy within digital media, iGaming, or a related space
 
Strong commercial mindset, with a clear understanding of how products generate revenue
 
Experience acting as a bridge between commercial/sales and product/engineering teams
 
Track record of owning end-to-end product delivery, from requirements definition to final implementation
 
Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure where needed
 
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
 
An analytical mindset, using data to drive decisions and measure performance
