You will be responsible for managing a team whose primary job it is to bring new customers and clients to Wynta. You will be heavily involved in strategy, this role offers a great opportunity to influence and shape the business.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Manage the entire digital sales lifecycle; identifying and managing relationships with target sectors and clients, existing client opportunities, influencers, key stakeholdersand future prospects
Continually developing the brand and building increasing awareness in the market place
Evaluating new opportunities to ensure resources focus on the best opportunities
Managing proposals, submissions and bids
Monitoring competitors and reviewing brand offering in light of market trends
Aggressively participating in business contract negotiations
Head up the marketing team and oversee marketing budgets and activities
Evaluating ROI on all marketing spend
Drive client service excellence to provide an inspirational approach to how we service clients
Reporting to the MD weekly on the progress of new business initiatives and sales performance
Managing a team of Partnerships Managers and Executives; setting their KPIs, monitoring their performance, and providing training where needed
 
Qualifications:
 
Bachelors' degree or equivalent by experience
Well proven expertise with 3-7 years' experience

Positive and proactive attitude, Strong understanding and experience with online marketing, Excellent client-facing skills, Creative, Good communication and writing skills, proficient in written and spoken English, Strong people skills, Strong grasp of numbers with good analytical, reporting /excel skills, Hardworking and conscientious with the ability to deliver to tight schedules, Knowledge of the online gaming industry specifically UK casino and bingo, Affiliate Marketing experience, Knowledge of/experience in media buys, tenancy deals, Existing network of affiliate contacts, Knowledge of HTML, graphic design and development
