Job Description:

 

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst.

 

In this role, you will utilise advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills to build and manage complex financial reports, develop and maintain financial models in Google Sheets and leverage Datarails for group reporting, including data consolidation, automation, and financial planning, helping the business make informed financial and strategic decisions.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Process and update large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets

 

Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, cash flow, and P&L analysis.

 

Leverage Datarails for group reporting, including data consolidation, automation, and financial planning.

 

Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate balance-sheet control accounts

 

Update debtors and revenue trackers regularly

 

Post journals for crypto reconciliations, including gain/loss adjustments

 

Reconcile crypto and fiat accounts across multiple currencies

 

Manage prepayments, accruals, and standard accounting processes

 

Assist in the preparation of UK VAT reports

 

Analyze profitability, margins, cash runway, and break-even points

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

CA/ACCA/CPA qualified or equivalent

 

4–6 years of practical experience in Accounting & Finance

 

Excellent English skills (written and spoken)

 

Proficiency with accounting software

 

Advanced proficiency in Datarails

 

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
