Email Marketing Manager : Requirements - 2+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM automation; Proven success in building campaigns and workflows from scratch (architecture, automation, segmentation, deliverability); Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and product lifecycles (preferably in SaaS, MarTech, or EdTech); Hands-on experience with Mailgun, HubSpot, and Salesforce (or similar tools); Experience setting up triggered and multi-step email campaigns (welcome, news, reactivation, digest, events); Understanding of email deliverability and domain/IP warming; Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize performance; Basic HTML/CSS skills for email layout editing; Knowledge of UX/UI principles for effective email design.
