In this role, you will be at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, leading a dynamic team to optimize collection processes and enhance operational efficiency. Requirements
โœ… What We’re Looking For?
 
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in collections, with at least 2 years in a leadership role – Mandatory.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving collection targets and managing teams effectively.
Education: Bachelor’s degree – Mandatory (Finance-related degree – Preferred). CPA certification – A Significant Advantage.
High level of English (written & spoken) – Mandatory.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel – Mandatory.
Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in data analysis tools to track and optimize performance metrics.
Global Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & spoken) with worldwide customers and stakeholders.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of collections regulations and compliance requirements.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing?
 
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of collection specialists, focusing on professional development and performance.
Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute collection strategies to maximize recovery rates and minimize delinquencies.
Performance Monitoring: Track team metrics and ensure all collection targets are met or exceeded.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all activities.
Training & Mentorship: Conduct regular sessions to enhance team skills regarding industry best practices and techniques.
Operational Excellence: Collaborate with other departments to improve overall workflow and efficiency.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed collection performance reports to senior management and the CFO.
Risk Management: Handle collection risk management and perform ongoing situational assessments.
Financial Planning: Lead the financial and regulatory planning for existing and new revenue streams.
Process Optimization: Drive growth by streamlining workflows and improving data alignment across different departments.
