Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to guide the mobile app and web platform startup from its inception to market success, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Performance Marketing: Demonstrate a strong understanding of performance marketing and be adept at working with platforms like META, Google, and TikTok.
Financial Oversight: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize the business’s financial performance and achieve sustainable growth.
Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a top-tier team to achieve business goals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Product Development: Drive the product development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centric mobile apps and web platforms that meet market demands and exceed user expectations.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, adapting strategies accordingly.
Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and investors to support and grow the business, effectively communicating the company’s vision, goals, and progress.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess the performance of the business, implementing improvements and adjustments as needed.

Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of mobile app and web platform development, UX/UI design, and the technical aspects of launching and scaling these digital products.
