Define event schema with product/analytics; maintain MMP + SKAN configuration and run periodic tracking QA. Operate a rolling creative factory: briefs, storyboards, weekly batch testing, and hook/angle reporting. Run structured tests on paywalls/onboarding with product (pricing, trials, copy, visuals) and loop results back to UA. Budget pacing & forecasting; shift spend by marginal ROAS/pLTV and cohort performance. Deliver weekly insights with clear next steps; flag risks (signal gaps, policy issues) early and propose fixes.
