AI-native Product Designer | Kosmo We are currently looking for a strong AI-native Product Designer to join Kosmo — a performance marketing company operating in highly competitive markets and providing partners with high-quality organic traffic (90% SEO-first). Remote Full-Time | Design Apply job description In this role, you will be responsible for: Design conversion-focused websites and landing pages for international products. Build AI-powered design production workflows. Automate repetitive design tasks, including resizes, localization, theming, and component creation. Develop scalable design systems and reusable workflows. Use AI tools for visual generation, content, and rapid prototyping. Prototype in code when it accelerates product validation and experimentation. Define quality standards for AI-generated design assets. Analyze A/B test results and improve designs based on data.
Must-have experience:
3+ years of experience in product or web design.
Strong portfolio with shipped products or landing pages.
Advanced Figma skills (components, variables, tokens, plugins).
Hands-on experience using AI tools in design workflows.
Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-powered design processes.
Experience with APIs, automation platforms, or no-code/low-code tools is a plus.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Understanding of product metrics, A/B testing, and CRO principles.
Systems thinking, ownership, and a results-driven mindset.
