We specialise in performance marketing, affiliate operations, and full-funnel digital strategies that connect brands with the right audience and deliver measurable results. We work with international partners across the iGaming space and continuously evolve our digital solutions to drive engagement, scale, and long-term growth.
The Role
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our Lviv office and support the growth of our affiliate partnerships within the iGaming sector.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will manage relationships, analyse performance, negotiate deals, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners
Monitor and analyse affiliate performance across platforms
Negotiate commercial terms and optimise partnership agreements
Identify new partnership opportunities within casino and bingo verticals
Ensure accurate tracking, reporting and performance optimisation
Work closely with internal teams (content, design, product, finance)
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
The Ideal Candidate
At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or a related marketing role
Understanding of iGaming affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret multiple data sources
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Advanced level of English
Experience in casino or bingo verticals is a strong advantage.
