The Role
Legend is hiring an Account Manager, reporting directly to our Senior Account Lead. This is a high-impact, commercially driven role focused on growing and optimising partner relationships across emerging GEOs, with a strong emphasis on revenue generation and performance improvement.
In this role, you’ll own and scale a portfolio of ~100 partners, combining relationship management with deep data analysis to drive conversion, revenue, and long-term value. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to expansion initiatives across new markets.

Your Impact:
Own and grow a portfolio of partner accounts, driving revenue and long-term commercial value
Optimise performance across the funnel, improving conversion rates from click to FTD
Identify and negotiate new commercial opportunities, including merchandising and deal structures
Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular communication and face-to-face engagement
Support expansion into new GEOs, contributing to market growth and strategic initiatives
Mentor and coach junior team members, elevating team performance and capability
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in account management, affiliate management, or sales within the iGaming/casino space
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights
Demonstrated success in account optimisation and revenue growth
Excellent negotiation and commercial judgement skills
Experience managing partner relationships and driving engagement across multiple channels
Industry awareness and understanding of affiliate or operator ecosystems
The Interview Process:
1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
2nd: Interview with our team, Head of Account Management and Senior Account Lead (1 hour video via Zoom)
3rd: Take home task - you will be given 2 days to complete the task and present it back to the team, Principal Optimisation Lead and Chief Commercial Officer (1 hour video via Zoom)
4th: Final interview with our team, People Partner (30 minute video via Zoom)
