The post
Your work begins well before the first video: looking for where the opportunities are in the French-speaking market, keywords, search intent, competition, content angles. Then you transform this search into channels and videos.
Concretely, you will spend your time on five things:
Find opportunities: keywords, search intent, competitors, string angles
Build and produce: channel launches, ideas, scripts, voice-overs, thumbnails, publishing
Ranker: content strategy designed for YouTube SEO, optimization of titles, thumbnails and hooks
Analyze: positions, CTR, retention, traffic, conversions
Test and adapt: run tests, understand their results, decide what to try next
You'll use AI and automation throughout the workflow, and learn to work within YouTube's rules and the constraints of a regulated industry.
The majority of your tests will yield nothing. It's normal, and it's even an important part of the job. What interests us is your ability to understand why something works or not, and then adjust quickly.
The profile we are looking for
We are much more interested in your curiosity and your way of thinking than in your diploma or your experience. We're not looking for someone who already knows how to do everything, but someone who wants to understand how YouTube works and who can become very good quickly.
The people who match here are first and foremost heavy YouTube consumers, the type who naturally notice why one video works better than another. They prefer to test rather than guess, they are comfortable with numbers, and a failed test does not block them: they want to understand what it teaches them. They are resourceful and will look for solutions on their own rather than waiting to be given.
Practical side:
You've already dabbled in video editing or content creation
You know the basics of SEO, or you really want to learn them
You already use AI tools and you like testing new ones
Native French, since you will write and pose your voice for a French audience
Good level of English, it is the working language of the team
A big plus: you have already launched a YouTube channel, a site, a social account or another digital project. It didn't work? No worries. what interests us is what you tried and what you learned from it.
What you will find with us
💪 Real responsibilities — not an internship where you watch others work
🎓 Support — you will work with an experienced YouTube team
🛠️ Tools and data — several years of automation, internal processes and data
🎯 Progressive autonomy — the more you show that you know how to decide, the more responsibilities you take
💰 1,000€/month
🌍 Full remote — with at least 4 hours recovery from Bangkok time
🕒 35 hours/week, flexible hours
And after the internship?
Our teams are young and operate much more on performance than on seniority. Several of our current Team Leads started at GreenTomatoMedia on internship. 🌟
This internship is designed as a gateway to the team, not as a temporary mission. Our YouTube department continues to grow, and well-performing interns are regularly offered a permanent position at the end of their internship.
Then evolution can go quickly: more channels, responsibility for a complete portfolio, new markets, then management of a team. 🚀
GreenTomatoMedia

We have no clients or agency briefs. We build and develop our own products and brands, which means quick decisions, plenty of room to experiment, and the ability to directly see the impact of your ideas.
Our team brings together more than 45 nationalities🌍 and we believe that a good idea must win because it works, no matter where it comes from.
