Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate YouTube Channel Manager to lead the launch and growth of a new YouTube channel dedicated to technology, artificial intelligence, and innovation. You will join an experienced team of 10 people who successfully manage multiple YouTube channels in the financial sector, with a combined audience of over 600,000 subscribers.
Important: We are exclusively looking for native French speakers for this position, as our content targets a French-speaking audience and requires a perfect command of linguistic and cultural nuances.
Your mission - In complete autonomy, you will be responsible for:
Strategy and editorial line
Define and manage the channel's content strategy
Carry out daily technological monitoring to identify promising topics
Develop a coherent and distinctive editorial line
Analyze market trends and identify topics with high viral potential
Content production
Write video scripts in full (documentary format, faceless)
Oversee the complete production: voice-over, editing, thumbnails
Ensure editorial quality and sourcing rigor
Developing engaging storytelling for technical topics
Create and implement original and innovative formats
Operational management
Plan and organize content production
Track performance and optimize strategy
Collaborate with the production team (editors, graphic designers)
Manage the editorial calendar and meet publication deadlines
