About the job
We are looking for a detail-oriented Website Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that all content published across our websites meets WIS standards and delivers the best possible user experience. You’ll manage uploads, formatting, and updates in WordPress, while working closely with multiple departments to maintain high-quality content and smooth workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced industry, with a keen eye for detail and an interest in iGaming.
What you will be doing
Uploading, formatting, and updating content in WordPress, ensuring high-quality standards are met
Reviewing content layouts, resolving errors, and providing feedback to improve published materials
Collaborating with different departments to deliver content and project-related tasks
Reporting and tracking bugs with the DEV QA team and supporting testing phases before launches
Maintaining documentation, manuals, and SOPs to support efficient workflows

Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the confidence to work independently when needed
Ability to adapt quickly to workflow changes in a fast-paced environment
Interest in the iGaming industry
WordPress knowledge, experience with other CMS tools, or basic HTML
