Vip Manager - This is a new iGaming project launching on a proprietary in-house platform developed by a team with deep expertise in iGaming.
The platform was built by a team with nearly 10 years of hands-on experience in iGaming operations, including working with solutions such as SoftSwiss and other platforms. After years of using ready-made solutions, the team developed its own platform and is now launching a new brand on top of it. We are looking for a proactive VIP Manager to manage and grow relationships with high-value players, drive retention, and maximize LTV through personalized engagement strategies. Remote

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Manage a portfolio of VIP players and ensure compliance with internal service standards. Achieve KPIs related to retention, engagement, LTV, and VIP player monetization. Monitor player activity, identify behavioral changes, and proactively respond to potential risks. Develop and implement personalized offers, including bonuses, cashback, and exclusive events. Analyze players’ financial activity, including deposits, gaming behavior, and turnover. Maintain structured communication via messengers, email, and chat. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize VIP processes.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Strong understanding of player behavior, motivations, and risk indicators.
Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and data analysis.
Ability to work with high-roller clients while maintaining a professional approach.
Experience in developing personalized offers, loyalty mechanics, and retention strategies.
Strong communication skills and discipline in maintaining consistent and structured communication with VIP clients.
