Collaborate with VIP CRM, BI, Customer Support, and Team Leads to optimize processes and share actionable customer insights;
Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies in every interaction;
Represent us at select VIP events, with openness to occasional travel.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
Proven experience in Account Management, VIP Customer Management, or similar roles (iGaming or Sports Betting experience preferred);
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data, KPIs, and customer trends;
Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written) and Spanish;
Proficiency with CRM systems, communication platforms, and reporting tools;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
Customer-first mindset, capable of working flexible hours to support VIP needs and attend events when required.
