User Acquisition Manager We invite a User Acquisition Manager to join our partner team, responsible for scaling the performance marketing direction and driving revenue growth through web funnels. This role has a direct impact on financial results: you will manage budgets, make strategic decisions, and scale profitable setups. Remote Full-Time | User Acquisition Apply job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Meta. Manage budgets starting from $200,000 and allocate them efficiently. Achieve and maintain target CPA / ROAS / ROI metrics. Optimize web funnels with a focus on conversion rate improvement. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Identify growth opportunities and scale profitable funnels. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve creatives and performance.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
1+ year of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience working with web funnels.
Practical experience managing budgets of $200,000+.
Strong understanding of key marketing metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV.
Data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
English level — Intermediate+.
Nice to Have:
Experience in Health & Fitness or B2C products.
Experience scaling campaigns across global markets.
