UAC Team Lead job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Defining funnels and ideas for which new applications are developed (research stage). Managing media buyers: hiring, onboarding, development, goal setting, and performance control. Launching and optimizing Google UAC campaigns within the gambling vertical. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including ASO, Development, Business Development, and Design. Maintaining reporting, analyzing data, and preparing optimization recommendations. Mentoring and developing junior specialists, contributing to the team’s knowledge base. Budget planning and ROMI management. Optimizing internal UAC processes within the team.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
2–3+ years of experience with Google UAC in the gambling vertical.
Experience managing a team of 3–5 people.
Deep understanding of Google UAC (App Campaigns) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).
Experience with tracking and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Firebase.
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large budgets.
Knowledge of key performance marketing metrics: CPA, ROI, CTR, CR, CPC, CPM, CPI.
Ability to make quick decisions and take responsibility for result.
Experience in testing and building creative databases.
Experience in finding, testing, and scaling.
Understanding specifics of white-hat and grey-hat operations.
Experience managing budgets from $30K per month personally and $200K+ per team.
Knowledge of other traffic channels (Facebook, Google PPC, In-App) is a plus.
Experience working with Android/iOS applications.
English level: Upper-Intermediate.
