Technical Product Owner - The Technical Product Owner will be one of the key stakeholders of technical projects and further development of the sites.
He/she will be serving as an interpreter between the commercial side of product management, the content/SEO team, and the technical & development team, and will be fully involved in the planning, testing, implementation, and alignment of technical solutions for our products.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for making the best use of internal and external development resources through planning and prioritising tasks and assisting with the technical & development roadmap. Additional responsibilities will include:
Manage multiple projects and solve problems in a cross-functional environment.
Understanding the business value that solutions can deliver and then project managing the integration, development, and delivery of these solutions.
Clear communication with stakeholders is crucial for ensuring alignment on features, functionality, deadlines, and other project details.
Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team throughout the product lifecycle and creating requirements in the form of Confluence Documents, Epics, and Stories.
Leading/coordinating SCRUM ceremonies together with the team
Backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
Help and plan product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities, including and not limited to demos and documentation.
Carry out UAT, identify bugs, create the necessary tickets, and ensure that fixes are deployed in a timely manner.
Maintain the roadmap for the product .
Knowledge sharing and product evangelist for international branches of the product.
TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:
Strong knowledge in website & WordPress development, UX-design, CMS, and mobile development.
Experience working in an AGILE (SCRUM) environment, and ideally also worked with JIRA and Confluence.
Quality-conscious in all aspects of their work.
Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities in a pressurised environment.
Results-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to build relationships and work effectively with others at all levels across the business in person, by phone, and via email.
Self-motivated and need minimal guidance on a given task.
The ability to understand WordPress Gutenberg Blocks is considered an asset.
Leverage AI technologies to drive automation, enhance product. capabilities, and proactively identify opportunities to integrate AI solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
