Areas of responsibility:
Maintain and monitor a holistic view of sprint scope, priorities, and task dependencies.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in task progress, flagging delays and blockers proactively.
Analyze and maintain the Jira board, ensuring clarity and up-to-date status.
Communicate effectively with developers (BE, FE, DevOps, QA) and Product Managers, to understand task context and challenges.
Provide real-time visibility into development progress via dashboards, daily updates, and structured reports.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively suggest mitigation acts.
Requirements
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technical Project Management, or a similar field.
Up to 3 years of experience in managing or coordinating software development tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience working with Jira in a complex sprint environment.
Strong technical understanding (e.g., basic grasp of APIs, CI/CD pipelines, environments, etc.) – you are not required to write code, but you understand how things connect.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Can juggle multiple tasks at once.
High-level communication skills – verbal and written.
Proactive mindset and a go-getter attitude!
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
What Will Make You Stand Out
Background in a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or PMO role.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and development workflows.
Previous experience in startup or product-driven tech companies.
