The Role:
Our CRM team is growing. We’re looking for a Technical CRM Manager to join our affiliate marketing business in London.
This is an opportunity for someone with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience, including HTML, SQL queries, and AMPscript, to support the team in delivering a customer-centric, automated experience across email, SMS, and messaging channels.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of SFMC and its wider ecosystem, including tools such as SparkPost, Email on Acid, SMS integrations, and Rebrandly. You’ll act as the key point of contact for engineering on system and data-led projects, including transactional APIs and integrations with BigQuery, Cake, ZeroBounce, and GCP.
You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM initiatives that rely on data and systems. This includes training and supporting the wider team, maintaining data quality and compliance, managing automations and integrations, overseeing IP warm-ups, and building new HTML templates.
You’ll also play a key role in data schema projects, complex automation builds, landing pages, and preference management.

Key Responsibilities:
Overall management of all CRM-related systems
Ownership of all data and compliance activities across CRM systems
Supporting the CRM team with troubleshooting, training, and complex journey builds
Managing new IP warm-ups
Leading the migration to SFMC
Acting as the data lead within the CRM team, working closely with engineers on a new data schema
QA for all data-related changes and system updates
Monitoring all customer interactions
Troubleshooting automation, journey, and HTML rendering issues
Developing new HTML templates
Launching SMS and potentially WhatsApp within SFMC
Working cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, and Technology teams to deliver effective, timely campaigns
Developing and managing campaign audiences
About You:
Experience working in a target-driven, revenue-focused environment
Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Strong data skills, including SQL and data quality control
Good working knowledge of HTML for email
Strong working knowledge of AMPscript
Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements at short notice in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work to tight deadlines, both independently and under pressure, to deliver results for stakeholders
Confident collaborating across departments and building strong cross-functional relationships
Ability to make sound, logical decisions and drive projects through to completion
Commercially minded, data-literate, and highly analytical, with the ability to use raw data to generate insights and inform decisions
You thrive when working as part of a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Have excellent written and verbal English skills
