User Acquisition Manager / Google Ads UAC (Middle, Middle+) job description WHAT YOU’LL DO: Launch and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads UAC for Android apps (Payday Loans/Car Insurance, USA/Canada market). Test creative concepts (visuals, ad copy, etc.) and hypotheses. Track campaign performance metrics and optimize (CPI, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Conduct regular experiments and A/B tests. Analyze the market and competitors. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to improve campaign results.
What we expect of you?
Bring valuable knowledge and manage a portfolio of high value affiliate accounts with the objective of growing the Chilli Partners group new depositing customers.
Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and help Senior Group Managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets.
Provide training on affiliate management as required.
Mentor and lead a team of affiliate managers and drive them to success.
Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners.
Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network.
Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns.
Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of Key affiliate partners.
What we’re after
At least 4 years of experience in affiliate management in iGaming.
Previous experience managing and leading a team.
Methodical, numbers driven and well organised and planning skills.
Highly target & results driven individual.
Open and responsive problem-solving skills.
Be proactive and motivate others when necessary.
Fluent in English. Knowledge in other languages is considered a big advantage.
Positive and enthusiastic ‘can do –attitude’.
