Team Lead Marketing Requirements 5+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience developing marketing, brand, and social media strategies. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple client projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, social media, content marketing, and analytics. Experience managing client relationships, facilitating workshops, and presenting strategic recommendations. Experience preparing commercial proposals and project estimates. Ability to calculate project costs, profitability, and resource allocation. Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Client Marketing team, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Plan team capacity, allocate resources, and manage project workload.
Review and approve marketing, brand, and social media strategies before client delivery.
Manage client communication, facilitate strategic workshops, and present marketing solutions.
Develop marketing, brand, and social media strategies for clients.
Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare commercial proposals and service offerings.
Estimate project scope, calculate project costs, profitability, and resource requirements.
Monitor project performance, timelines, client satisfaction, and delivery quality.
Coordinate internal teams and external contractors throughout project execution.
Improve team processes, methodologies, and service quality.
Contribute to the development of new marketing services and agency offerings.
