Talent Sourcer/Junior Recruiter - WHAT YOU’LL DO: Actively sourcing candidates (non-tech and tech) for priority vacancies. Managing the full recruitment cycle for Junior and Freelance positions—from first contact to offer.

Posting vacancies on job boards, specialized platforms, and professional communities; processing responses.
Utilizing various sourcing tools and methods—LinkedIn, Telegram, Boolean search, and other relevant channels.
Conducting initial screening calls (pre-screen): assessing relevance, motivation, and key position criteria.
Actively collaborating with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
Maintaining candidate databases in the ATS and ensuring data accuracy.
Researching new sourcing channels and testing unconventional approaches to attract talent.
 
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
At least 6 months of experience in recruiting or sourcing (IT, Digital, or Product domains).
Experience with both non-tech and tech vacancies.
Knowledge of candidate sourcing processes: LinkedIn, Telegram, Boolean Search, and other channels.
Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle (from intake to offer).
Ability to analyze position requirements and identify relevant candidates.
English proficiency—Upper-Intermediate or higher.
